Welcome to card-maker.space ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consents to these terms on your behalf.
You agree not to use the Service to: harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate any person; create content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or promotes violence; use cards for phishing, scams, fraud, or any unlawful purpose; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; generate content that violates the rights of any third party.
You are solely responsible for the text and content you enter into cards. We do not store your card data on our servers — all card content is encoded directly in the shareable URL. We reserve the right to modify the Service at any time to block or limit content that violates these terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also take action to block content or access patterns that we reasonably believe violate these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
Card designs are generated using third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and Stability AI). We do not guarantee the output of these services. You are responsible for reviewing your card before sharing it.
If print ordering is available, payments are processed by Stripe. Physical cards are fulfilled by a third-party print partner. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or interception of card data transmitted via URLs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, card-maker.space and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
